This rotary, thermo-sealing machine is ideal for low to high volume production. The teflon-coated sealing head is regulated by digital temperature control. The C-frame of the machine is constructed of heavy-duty steel plate, coated with white epoxy paint.
A 8" Two-Stage double-acting cylinder with 100 PSI input, will deliver 10,000 pounds of sealing force and quick cycling for any products which will be put through sterilization testing.

All motions and functions are coordinated using the operator interface. These machines feature process control features required for validation. Temperature and pressure is controlled through the touch screen. Counter is provided and can be reset for each production run.
The set-up of the machine is simply a question of minutes, and change-over of tooling is quick and easy.

Blisters and Tyvek/Cards are fed and unloaded manually. As an optional feature, machine can be equipped with self-standing automatic unloading of finished products.
