MDA Portable Shrink Wrap System (Wand Sealer)
The SP24, SP32 and SP40Economy Entry Level Portable Wand Sealers are the inexpensive way to shrink wrap and protect your product. While these systems are designed for the art industry, they will work on most products. Our wand shrink sealing system gives you the flexibility to easily wrap any size or shape product. They are compact, portable and easy to use. The instant on feature requires no warm up. The film dispensers are open ended allowing you to place any width roll on the film craddle.
The MDA Wand Shrink Systems are available in 3 sizes:
SP24 has a 24" sealing wand;
SP32 has a 32" sealing wand;
SP40 has a 40" sealing wand.

Operating the MDA Portable Shrink Wrapping System:
Step 1. (Inserting the product face up)
Slide the product between the two layers of film. The top edge of the shrink film is folded while left hand edge is already sealed from the previous use. Apply sealer to left hand edge if the latter is not sealed.
Step 2. (Sealing and Trimming in one step)
Press sealer along right hand edge to seal in place.Unit seals and trims in one step.
Step 3. (Sealing and Trimming in one step)
Turn the product 90°. Press sealer down to seal last remaining edge.
Step 4. (Shrinking with Heat Gun)
Turn product upside down. Using the heat gun, shrink the film - first the back, then the front. Your work is now professionally shrink wrapped.
