Options
Automatic Card Feeder
Pick-n-place type system to feed multiple cards from a hopper onto the seal tools via pick-off brackets with suction cups. Feeder includes 3 pick-off brackets and is mounted over two seal tools on the machine.
Extra Pick-Off Brackets
Utilized on Zed blister & card feeders for additional #-up layouts. Includes 2 suction rod assemblies.
Take-off accessory conveyor
This can be used to bring finished packages up to a 3 foot height for packing into shipping cartons, case packing, etc.
Load Station Extensions
These conveyor load station extension are available to provide additional product loading area for operators, or allow extra feeders.
Extra Feeders
Adds versatility and reduce labor requirement. Requires extra load station extension if automatic blister and card feeders are also ordered. Will handle items similar in nature to blisters or cards. (Other types of feeders require special quote).
Card Sensor System
Provides feedback to PLC to stop machine if card is not fed to the seal tool.
Epoxy Paint
"Steel-It" or White: Available for medical and clean room applications.
Blister Sensor System
Provides feedback to PLC to stop machine if blister is not fed.
Product Sensor System
Provides feedback to PLC if product is not fed to the seal tool. One sensor required for each product placed in a blister.
Electronic Impulse Heat Sealing System
This system is available for heat sealing clamshells and two piece plastic blisters. A special electronics package is added to the machines control system, to allow for impulse seal tools and matching face plates.
More Options
Special size, automatic card fold-over system, Roll fed lidstock mechanism, cross slit system, hot cut-off, turntable collator, special paint, or any other special application, option etc.
Available Tooling
Conventional Seal Tools
Custom designed and manufactured to each specific package. Available in laser cut maple die board, phenolic, or aluminum depending on application.
Matching Relieved Face Plate
Used for applying heat to blister flange only or where product protrudes through the back of the card. Face plates are teflon coated for excellent scratch resistance and release properties. Blister flange only sealing reduces card curl.
Impulse Seal Tools
Required for sealing clamshells and two piece plastic blisters. These tools are quoted per set for each application.
Blister pick-offs
Individual cast shapes to pick blisters where suction cups will not seal or Difficult to feed blisters, 1 required for each card per tool.
Blister Feeder Hoppers
These are required for each different blister configuration being fed from the automatic blister feeder.
Card Feeder Hoppers
These are required for each different card size being fed from the automatic card feeder. |
