Description
The model 15-RT series are a race-track type heat sealer designed for high volume blister packaging requirements. This unit allows operators to load product from both sides of the machine, product bins may he placed in the middle of the loading stations, or automatic product loading devices can be brought up to (he machine. Automatic blister feeding, card feeding and finished package eicctor are standard, and additional feeders are available allowing for double blister cards, inserts, promos, etc. Quick-change tooling is provided for increased flexibility and productivity. The 15-RT series is available in various lengths providing additional loading stations, automatic feeders, and options as required to meet any blister packaging application.
Operation
Blisters are automatically fed into the seal tools, which index through the product loading stations (loaders can be placed on both sides of machine), cards are automatically placed on blisters, seal station automatically heat seals card to blister, finished package ejector then removes sealed packages automatically and places them (face-up) on discharge chute where they slide onto customers pack-off table or optional conveyor. Additional product loading stations and automatic feeders are available.
