Description
The model 15-TI is a two station shuttle-type heat sealer designed to seal clamshells and two piece blisters, but can also be used to seal conventional carded blisters with the proper tooling. An impulse sealing system is utilized for plastic to plastic sealing and a hot plate is also incorporated for blister card sealing using quick change tooling.
Operation
The operator loads the blister(s), product card(s) into the seal tool, which is then slid into the machine, the 2-hand start buttons are depressed to initiate the timer controlled automatic cycle (seal times are normally 1 - 3 seconds), the tool is then pulled back, the finished sealed package(s) removed, and the process is repeated.
