TYPE 40
The Type-40 is vacuum thermoformer. Roll material is fed through the preheat to the forming station which has parallel toop clamp system for use of grid assist. The up moving vacuum platen is available with optional water cooling. The Type-40 can be furnished with simple plug assist system, or heavy duty plug assist.
TYPE 50
The Type-50 is an inline form and trim machine that has extended preheater, up moving platen, grid assist frame, down moving hydraulic die cutter. Available options are: Heavy duty plug with top formability, double acting trim platnes, automatic stacker, scrap rewind.
TYPE 60
The Type-60 pressure former is built standard with 4 post press type forming platens, servo drive index pin chain, mechanical wedge lock for vacuum and pressure forming, two moving hydraulic trim platens, stacker and scrap rewind, programmable controller with all forming systyems.
TYPE 70
The Type-70 has an extended preheater, 4 post press type toggle operated pressure forming platens and trim in the mold. The optional items are second trim with 2 moving platens, stacker, scrap rewind and bottom heater. |
