Description
ZED HG Series are single station, sheet fed (roll-fed available) systems designed for production runs and sampling of heavy gauge plastic parts via vacuum and/or pressure forming. The form presses are constructed of a heavy-duty welded steel grid structure to fully support tools and help eliminate deflection. Each platen is located on an 8-point rack and pinion system to provide accurate and precise movement.
The computer controls system features a Pentium processor, with a Windows based operating system, a color touch screen operator interface panel with job memory, fault diagnostics, help photographs, etc., to provide the end user with a powerful system to properly set, monitor, adjust and store all settings, timers, and related items used to run your jobs. Dual cylinder design for moving the upper and lower platens allows easy installation of the entire system without requiring pits in the floor.
