Description
The Zed model 196 is an automatic inline contact heat-trim in place type pressure former, designed for forming items with plastic films which require contact heat (OPS, etc.). Typical applications include: salad containers (such as found at grocery store salad bars), candy and cookie trays, berry containers, assorted produce containers, bowls, lids, etc. Since steel rule die knives are incorporated in the forming tool, precision no-tolerance die cutting is performed. The model 196 features a unique toggle with hydraulic leveling pressure system which ensures fast cycles, easy tool changes & set-up, and precision repeatability.
