Electrical High/Low Vacuum System
Provides precision control of vacuum for better skin packaging and difficult parts. Allows operators to control the volume & intensity of vacuum.
Conveyor Index Speed Control
Provides control of infeed card conveyor to help prevent parts from shifting while the card is being indexed.
Automatic Lubrication System
Complete automatic system with individually adjustable injectors to each lube point, allowing fine tuning of lubrication to meet actual operating requirements. Once the system is set, the operator fills reservoirs only. This system is electronically synchronized with machine cycles and production usage.
Automatic Low Level Lubrication Indicator
Monitors automatic lubrication reservoir level with feedback to the operator interface panel. This system requires the purchase of the automatic lubrication system.
Card Conveyor Infeed Options
Additional Load Station(s).
Allows for additional product loaders, template load systems, card feeder, etc.
Template Load System
Allows for a template to be located over the card for ease of product placement and alignment.
Automatic Card Feeder
Automatically feeds cards onto the card conveyor (not offered with magnetic board return system).
Magnetic Board Return System
Used to keep ferrous metal items from rolling out of position on the card before skin packing (i.e. drill bits, etc.), via carrier boards that incorporate magnets that hold the product in place (also commonly used for conveying parts which protrude through the card).
With the purchase of this system, conventional parts/card applications will require the use of blank carrier boards, unless the flat card option, listed below, is purchased. Cost of magnetic board system varies depending upon length of infeed conveyor, card size, etc. This system may not be used with the automatic card feeder.
Flat Card Conversion Package
Used in conjunction with the magnetic board system for applications that use both cards with magnetic boards and conventional flat cards without the need for magnetic boards. Includes additional infeed conveyor guide system, vacuum box insert and card perf pan. (This option can only be purchased in conjunction with Magnetic Board Return System above)
Trim Press Options
Motorized Trim Press Position Indexer
Allows fast and easy trim press positioning and adjustment in the stroke direction. This motorized system allows you to fine tune the press and corresponding critical trim alignment while the machine is running. It is especially helpful during tool changeovers, reducing set-up time, and when the ability to run different index length trim dimensions are required.
Manual Trim Press Position Indexer
Allows manual trim press positioning and adjustment in the stroke direction from outside the machine framework. This system allows you to manually fine tune the press and corresponding critical trim alignment while the machine is running. It is especially helpful during tool changeovers, reducing set-up time, and when the ability to run different index length trim dimensions are required.
Alternate Trim Press Tonnages
Optional extra-high tonnage trim press available (ex. 110, 130, 160, 200 tons, etc). Allows for the use of trim dies, which incorporate very high lineal inches of knife and specialty die cutting applications.

Trim Die Locator System
Allows for fine tuning and X & Y axis adjustment of the trim die while the machine is in operation.
Trim Die Sensor System
Automatically detects parts that are out of position in trim press and stops press to avoid ruining the steel rule trim die.
Double Acting Trim Press
Top and bottom moving platens used for parts that protrude through the back of the card.
Trim Die Saver System
Monitors machine trim pressure with feedback to the operator interface panel. Prevents over-pressurizing trim dies via an adjustable hi-limit alarm/cut-off.
Misc. Options
Complete Computer Control Upgrade
This is an optional upgrade package to the standard computer control system providing automatic machine set-up of previously run jobs or programs.
The computer control upgrade eliminates reprogramming and physically moving proximity & limit switches through the use of linear encoders that automatically set the open heights of the trim press, as well as moving the trim press (with motorized options) in relation to the index stroke. Modem, Ethernet card, alarm, debugging and expanded diagnostic features are also included.
This system is extremely helpful when faster machine changeover times are required, as well as when certain jobs are repeatedly run, since the machine will automatically set itself up based on the operating parameters and machine sequences that were used the last time the job was run.
When this upgrade is added to the machine, the following options are included: automatic trim press open height adjuster, motorized trim press position indexer, automatic hydraulic pressure setting, trim die saver system, conveyor index speed control, automatic lubrication system, automatic low level lubrication indicator, oil temperature indicator and motorized trim die locating system.

Alternate Voltage
208, 220, 240, 260, 380, or 530 volts instead of standard 460 volt system.
Clamp Frame Cooling System
Self-contained recirculating system with chiller. Allows the use of extremely thin films and films requiring high heat input for faster cycle speeds.
Blister Forming Options
Allows blisters to be formed, via vacuum forming, and die cut.
Water-Cooled Platen
Used with above blister forming option to help cool aluminum form tools.
Tooling Components
Product Loading Templates
Allows product to be placed, in a precise manner, at a specific location on the master card prior to skin packing. This component is used in connection with the template load system.
Trim Dies
Laser-cut steel rule dies (please provide card/product samples and drawings for quotation).
Quick Change Trim Die System
Provides faster changeover and set-up times (different systems available depending on customer's particular application).
