Overview

The AIS Series Single Station Inline Blister Sealing Machines are custom designed systems designed primarily for use in cellular or assembly line manufacturing operations. These machines are automatic and utilize a minimum amount of operator time. The compact size of the machine makes it ideal for retrofitting into areas with space constraints.

These machines have a single sealing fixture that is electrically indexed between the loading station, the card feeding station, the heat sealing station and the combination finished package unload and blister feeding station. All functions are automatic. Blisters and cards are feed from easy to change magazines.

All functions are accessed and controlled by a PLC and Touch Screen Operator Interface. Cycle start and emergency stop push buttons are standard.

This series can be provided with an optional hands-free feature that includes product sensing and a light curtain across the product loading station. Once the product sensors detect that all products are in place and the operators hands leave the light curtain the machine automatically makes a complete cycle and returns the sealing fixture to the product loading station with blisters loaded.

The AIS series machine frames are constructed of heavy-wall steel tubing. Finished machines are painted with a blue industrial paint finish. Removable panels allow for easy access for tooling changes or maintenance.
