The CBS Series Conveyor Blister Sealer is ideal for medium to high volume production.
These machines are equipped with a CAM index drive system with speed control, and independent four-column press, which includes an ajustable Stroke Travel (bottom sealing plate toggle system). The teflon-coated sealing plate is regulated by digital temperature control. These machines also feature automatic blister and card feeders. Set-Up time for magazines, cards, and blisters is quick and easy. Matching seal plates slide out from the side for easy tooling changeover and maintenance. Packaged products are unloaded by gravity. As optional features machine can be equipped with product feeders and an automatic unloading system for finished products.
Free stations (open stations) for product loading available.
All functions for set-up purposes can be independently activated. All motions and functions are coordinated using a PLC Control Panel with Touch Screen Operator Interface. Pre-start system for the initial loading set-up is incorporated within the program to facilitate start-up. Step-up counter is included in the interface. Push buttons for feasibility of manual cycling and index jog are also standard.
Equipment structure is of heavy gauge steel tube construction.
