MODEL ERB-8
The rotary, thermo-sealing machine is ideal for low to high volume production. The teflon-coated sealing head is regulated by a digital temperature control.
Blisters and cards are fed and unloaded manually. However, as optional features, the machine can be equipped with self-standing automatic card feeding and automatic unloading of finished products. Machine is equipped with CAM index drive system with speed control.
MODEL ERB-6
All motions and functions are coordinated using operator interface. Counter is provided and can be reset for each production run. All functions for set-up purposes can be independently activated.
The set-up of the machine is simply a question of minutes, and change-over of card magazine and jigs is quick and easy. Structure is made of Heavy gauge welded steel.
