Designed for versatility, the HP Series Hydraulic Press can be used for multitude of cutting applications for various materials in diverse industries. However, these machines are specifically suited to be used in combination with skin packaging and thermoforming equipment.
The HP Series feature quick set-up and accurate positioning of die for precise trimming and longer life of the tooling. The hydraulic system, with adjustable pressure control, evenly distributes pressure over the entire cutting die. These machines are designed for efficient, uncomplicated production runs, and tooling changeover is completed in only a matter of minutes.
The HP Series machines are solidly engineered, yet simplistic in design, making them dependable for years of trouble-free performance, and low maintenance.

Cycle: Operator places board or forming sheet onto the feed station (held by location stops) and presses Cycle Start button. Feed station automatically moves into trimming station, and safety system is automatically activated. Once feed station reaches it's accurate position, the press descends for trimming. Press then rises and feed station is ejected automatically to the Out position. End of cycle. (ready for next cycle)
