SP SERIES
The SP Series equipment is extremely versatile. These systems are ideal to wrap display items, products for storage, and fragile goods for shipping.
The cycle is completely automatic, and also includes an automatic film cut-off system. The operator simply loads the skin board with the product, then activates the start button. Once the product has been skin-packed, the board is manually pulled out and the film is automatically severed with a hot wire. Manual infeed and outfeed tables are included as standard features.
All motions and functions on the machines are coordinated by PLC control panel with an operator interface touch screen (includes built-in diagnostics and password protection).
Heater: Impulse Heater System with Quartz Tubular Elements
Structure: Heavy gauge steel tube construction.
